Video Surveillance

Mosho Investigative Group offers Unmanned Surveillance Vehicles (USV’s), that can be discreetly deployed almost anywhere.  Our USVs have 360º pan, 80º tilt and 32x zoom capabilities. These cameras can be controlled online from any location through a secure site by a licensed investigator. Through this system, we can update our clients in real-time.

MIG has also designed Portable Unmanned Surveillance (PUS) units that can be placed in locations that an investigator would not be able to obtain without jeopardizing the integrity of the investigation.  These PUS units can be equipped with static cameras or Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras.

MIG utilizes state of the art video cameras and unique covert video capturing devices to ensure a successful surveillance detail. All of our investigators utilize 90x optical zoom handheld camcorders to ensure our clients receive professional grade video evidence. We also utilize dashboard cameras for hands-free video documentation of mobile subject.

Prior to accepting any unmanned surveillance assignment, we conduct a detailed, privacy assessment to ensure that the unmanned surveillance equipment can be placed in the public field and will not infringe on an individual’s right to privacy under The Human Rights Act. This thorough assessment will make certain that all video evidence obtained is fully admissible in any court.

With these unique manned and unmanned surveillance vehicles along with portable video devices we can setup closer to the subject, remain stealth for longer periods of time and acquire video at those secluded rural locations that other investigators give up on.  These unmanned surveillance details can often lead to very successful manned surveillance details in the future as we can obtain a pattern of behavior from the unmanned surveillance detail.

The quality and benefit of evidence obtained is only as good as the manner in which it was obtained.  MIG has never had an instance where the evidence gathered and/or the evidence gathering techniques have come under scrutiny.  All evidence and intel is acquired in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Surveillance is an art form. The skill required to conduct successful surveillance comes from experience which derives from preparation, patience and training. There are no short cuts!
